An Evaluation of HVAC/R Equipment
A Complete Maintenance Plan
During the evaluation process we will document the make and model of each piece of equipment, research manufacturer maintenance guidelines and provide a recommended list of planned maintenance services. A typical preventative maintenance visit includes filter changes, belt replacement, condenser cleaning and a thorough 14-point inspection of each piece of equipment. We will also identify opportunities to enhance or replace inefficient equipment along with researching money-saving utility rebates.

One of our experienced facilities advisors will come out to your location to take a complete inventory and inspect the condition of your current HVAC/R equipment. We inspect the following:
- Air Conditioning & Electric/Gas Fired Heating Equipment
- Refrigeration Equipment (Reach In / Walk in Refrigerators & Freezers)
- Hood Exhaust / Ventilation Systems
- Make Up Air Systems
